STUART, Fla., (November 15, 2017) – Robert “Bob” C. Dunwoody Jr. has been named chief financial officer for Treasure Health, the non-profit organization serving Martin and St. Lucie counties with a family of services that includes Treasure Coast Hospice, Treasure Health Palliative Care, Treasure Health Pediatric Care and Treasure Health Grief Support.
Dunwoody comes to Treasure Health from Tenet Healthcare Corp. in Dallas, Texas, where he was vice president and chief financial officer, responsible for companywide performance management and innovation at 80 hospitals within the system.
He previously served as CFO for Delray Medical Center, Lawnwood Regional Medical Center, and the Cleveland Clinic Hospital and Group Practice in Fort Lauderdale. He holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Florida State University and a master of healthcare administration from the University of Florida.
During his professional career, he has shown a deep commitment to the community. He served as treasurer for Exchange Club/CASTLE and assisted in the development of the HANDS Clinic for indigent patients in St. Lucie County.
