Love Always Remembers
Treasure Coast Hospice will hold its annual Tree of Life remembrance celebrations in December, giving the community an opportunity to come together to honor loved ones during the holiday season. This year, there will be three traditional Tree of Life events in Stuart, Ft. Pierce and Okeechobee. Due to construction at Tradition Square, we will hold a Candle Lighting Ceremony in Port St. Lucie.
Stuart - Monday, December 5; 6:00 PM, Downtown Gazebo at 100 E. Ocean Ave.
PSL - Tuesday, December 6; 6:00 PM, Lakeside Gazebo at Tradition (Candle Lighting Ceremony only)
Ft. Pierce - Thursday, December 8; 6:00 PM, Downtown Gazebo, corner of Indian River Dr./Ave. A
Okeechobee - Tuesday, December 13; 6:00 PM, Green Gazebo, Flagler Memorial Park #3
The seasonal remembrance celebrations offer an inspirational message of hope, time to reflect and remember loved ones and live holiday music.
Guests at the three Tree of Life events will be able to acknowledge their loss by writing the names of their loved ones on special memory tags that are placed on the decorated tree. For those who are unable to attend their local ceremony, memory tags may be picked up at the Mayes Center or the Thomas Counseling Center and hung on any of the trees at their convenience. The trees will be displayed in the downtown gazebos throughout the holiday season.
